Our highly skilled and dedicated supervisors play a major role in the successful completion of projects.

They motivate their teams to achieve predetermined goals.

They identify training and development needs, and they’re responsible for imparting to individual workers a working knowledge of all the relevant statutory acts, standards, special instructions and codes of practice.

Sipho Xipu
CEO

Dr. Sipho Xipu is a BEE partner, co-founder and CEO of Triple “M”
Mining from inception. He has 33 years of experience within the
mining industry in people management.

He is a competent person with MQA and holds amongst other qualifications Certificates in:

Certificates in Theology (UP)
NQF level 5 in Safety Management (NOSA)
Diploma in HRM (IPM)
BTech degree in HRM (UJ)
Post Grad Diploma in Management (UK)
MBA degree (NWU) and a PhD in Divinity (USA).

He is a former unionist, politician and Council member at Orbit TVET College in North West Province, heading Finance, Resource & Planning Committees. He is a Church and Community Leader that assisted and coached small community businesses and Non-Profit Organisations on ad hoc basis. He is a BBBEE specialist and business strategist and also serves as a nonexecutive board member of other companies.

Charl Viljoen
Managing Director

Charl Viljoen in his capacity as Managing Director has nurtured strong leadership and managerial experience at corporate and operational level in hard rock mining which covers both gold and platinum sectors.

Charl’s strategic appreciation & vision & ability to build & implement detailed plans with a proven track record in execution of the approved plans. Charl has been the lead change agent of several business turnarounds and currently serves as managing Director of Triple M Mining.

Charl subscribes to the care and growth principles and believes all things are only possible through Christ.
