Triple "M" Mining (Pty) Ltd is a well known, well established mining service provider in the South African Hard Rock mining industry.

We are a 51% Black Owned Company - Level 3 BEE - with 2700 employees underground. We strive to secure our future by pro-actively uplifting, training, developing and motivating our employees.

Triple "M" has built up an exceptionally strong management team with an extensive range of expertise in the mining industry to successfully guide the company into the new millennium. They motivate their teams to achieve predetermined goals. They identify training and development needs. And they're responsible for imparting to individual workers a working " knowledge of all the relevant' statutory acts, standards, special instructions and codes of practice.

RONNIE NEWHAM

Managing Director

Ronnie Newham affectionately known as Ron, is a Mining Manager by profession and a founding member of Triple M Mining. He is a renowned businessman with experience that stems over 50 years in the mining industry. He is well known in the industry as a turn around strategist that knows how to create value from struggling mines. He has been a mentor and role model to many in the industry and believes that his faith in Christ has made his success possible. Which also shows in all his businesses where they constantly invest back into community.

SIPHO XIPU

Director

Dr. Sipho Xipu is a BEE partner, co-founder and CEO of Triple “M” Mining from inception. He has 33 years of experience within the mining industry in people management. He is a Competent Person A with MQA and holds amongst other qualifications Certificates in Theology (UP); NQF level 5 in Safety Management (NOSA); Diploma in HRM (IPM); BTech degree in HRM (UJ); Post Grad Diploma in Management (UK); MBA degree (NWU) and a PhD in Divinity (USA). He is a former unionist, politician and Council member at Orbit TVET College in North West Province, heading Finance and Resource & Planning Committees. He is a Church and Community Leader that assisted and coached small community businesses and Non-Profit Organisations on ad hoc basis. He is a BBBEE specialist and business strategist and also serves as a nonexecutive board member of other companies.
